Vegetable Farming Practices to Build Soil Health Field Day – July 15 in Athens

UW–Madison Extension and the Climate Resilient Organic Vegetable Production (CROVP) community invite you to a field day at Red Door Family Farm on Wednesday, July 15, from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. 

Hosts Tenzin and Stacey Botsford will highlight different management practices that build soil health and increase resiliency on their farm, including living aisles and diverse cover crop mixes. 

Extension staff will discuss and demonstrate different soil health indicators. Hmong interpretation will be provided, and all are welcome to join.

This event is free to attend, but registration is required.
