UW–Madison Extension is hosting a free herbicide workshop at the Dane County Extension Office on Thursday, October 1 from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Food and event is sponsored by BASF.

This practical, science-based workshop is for crop consultants, agricultural retailers, industry representatives, Extension educators, and weed science academic staff and graduate students to better understand how herbicides behave after application and how that knowledge can improve weed management decisions.

The event will feature presentations from Dr. Thomas Mueller, Professor of Plant Sciences at the University of Tennessee.

Please RSVP to ensure an accurate head count for lunch.
