Registration is now open for the 2026 Badger Crops and Soils Update Meetings, Dec. 2–4 in Eau Claire, Appleton, Madison, and online.

The Badger Crops and Soils Update Meetings are four full-day regional meetings hosted by local UW–Madison Extension crops educators. Each meeting features nine UW–Madison soil and water, agronomy, and pest management research recaps of the 2026 growing season and outlooks for 2027 research projects.

  • Eau Claire: December 2
  • Appleton: December 3
  • Virtual: December 3
  • Madison: December 4

All four meetings will feature the same researchers and presentations. You do not need to register for all four meetings.

Registration is now open! Sign up to attend the meeting nearest you. A $20 early bird discount is available through November 16.

The in-person registration fee includes lunch. The virtual session has a reduced registration fee. Students may register with their school email for a reduced cost.

If you register for an in-person meeting and can no longer attend, please email us and plan to join the virtual program on December 4.
